Are you an experienced Workday HCM Consultant certified in Advanced Compensation and looking for a fully remote, long-term role across the US, Canada, or India?
This is an opportunity to join a values-driven Workday services team, supporting organisations through a managed services programme. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Advanced Compensation solutions, guiding clients through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Workday Advanced Compensation workstream, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborating with clients to understand their compensation processes and translating requirements into effective Workday configurations
- Managing tasks, priorities, and workstream responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client and project team expectations
- Taking a leadership role on projects, including serving as partner lead or delivery assurance reviewer where needed
- Performing hands-on Workday activities such as loading data, migrating configuration across tenants, and managing business processes and security setup
- Mapping and converting data using Workday templates to support data migration
- Providing mentorship and support to fellow consultants and analysts, including shadow enablement
- Participating in update training and contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives
- Producing documentation, reporting, and communicating regularly with stakeholders
- Managing multiple tasks under limited direction while maintaining high-quality delivery standards
What we’re looking for
- Active Workday Advanced Compensation Services Certification and willingness to transfer certification under the client.
- At least 4 years of professional experience delivering Workday Advanced Compensation solutions
- Minimum 2 years of compensation administration or relevant industry experience with strong understanding of Advanced Compensation concepts
- Experience gathering requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, and implementing Workday under demanding timelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven customer-facing experience
