Summary: The Workday Adaptive Systems Analyst role focuses on leveraging functional expertise in Adaptive Workforce Planning to configure and implement business requirements. The position involves client engagement, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring governance through an Adaptive security framework. The analyst will also track Workday releases and explore innovative applications of Adaptive Planning. This is a contract-to-hire position with remote work flexibility in the EST and CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and implement business requirements for Adaptive Workforce Planning.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Design and support an Adaptive security framework to ensure consistent governance.
- Develop support documentation and establish best practices for ongoing maintenance.
- Track and evaluate Workday bi-annual releases to leverage new functionality.
- Explore innovative uses of Adaptive Planning beyond workforce planning to drive insights.
- Engage in client-facing interactions, including presenting system functionality and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with integration partners to incorporate external data into Adaptive Planning.

- Good understanding of workforce planning models for headcount, fulfilment & gaps, supply vs demand, and scenario analysis.
