Are you an experienced Workday Data Modelling Consultant with a strong background in designing scalable, compliant, and efficient data structures within Workday?
This short-term engagement supports a focused data modelling initiative requiring certified expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, validating, and optimising Workday data models aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Reviewing current data structures and identifying gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Translating business needs into clear technical data mapping, schemas, and modelling documentation.
- Providing expert recommendations on future-state data architecture to support reporting, integrations, and downstream processes.
- Collaborating with Workday functional and technical teams to ensure configurations align with the proposed data model.
- Supporting data governance and quality efforts by defining standards and maintenance guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
- Fundamental Data Modelling Services Certification (required).
- Workday Implementer Certification (required).
- Proven experience designing Workday data models within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures, dependencies, and reporting foundations.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Additional requirement: Certification transfer to the client is mandatory.
