Summary: The Workato Workflow Applications Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing workflow applications using the Workato platform to meet specific client requirements. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams while delivering scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in integration solutions and business process automation. The position is contract-based for a duration of 4 months, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Workato-based integrations and workflow automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality integration workflows using Workato’s capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders (business teams, solution architects, and developers) to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Design, build, test, and optimize Workato recipes, connectors, and API-based integrations.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for security, performance, and scalability in integration development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workato workflows and integrations.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams, ensuring effective use of Workato solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams across different time zones in a remote environment.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Workato development with a strong track record of delivering workflow automation and integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing custom Workato recipes, API-based workflows, and connectors.
