Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress themes, child themes, and Gutenberg components.
- Perform WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility remediation across WordPress websites.
- Implement and validate ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation, focus management, and color contrast compliance.
- Conduct accessibility testing using axe, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure accessible and responsive user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve accessibility, usability, and front-end issues.
