Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize WordPress solutions, including custom themes and plugins.
- Customize WordPress multisite and block editor (Gutenberg) functionalities.
- Implement performance optimization techniques such as caching and lazy loading.
- Address cache/CDN challenges and develop cache-busting strategies.
- Utilize REST APIs, GraphQL, and headless WordPress technologies.
- Manage hosting environments and deployment automation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate project updates.

- Deep understanding of performance optimization: object caching, page caching, lazy loading, asset bundling.
- Experience solving cache/CDN challenges (e.g., Cloudflare) and implementing cache-busting strategies.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and headless WordPress (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby).
- Knowledge of hosting platforms like WP Engine, Kinsta, or AWS/CloudFront.
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation.
