WMS QA Senior Tester / Lead Supply Chain (100% Remote)

We are seeking an experienced WMS QA Senior Tester / Lead with 10+ years of QA and software testing experience, including strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supply chain, distribution, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Experience testing WMS integrations, APIs, and complex supply chain workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing for WMS applications.
• Validate warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, shipping, receiving, and distribution workflows.
• Test integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems.
• Perform API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA and Zephyr Scale.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and project knowledge using Confluence.
• Lead defect triage meetings and communicate testing progress, risks, and results.
• Mentor QA team members and support continuous testing improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Solid understanding of supply chain, warehouse, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Experience with functional, SIT, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience testing application integrations and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, SOAP UI, JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and defect management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Selenium or Playwright automation.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
• Experience integrating automated testing into QA workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Previous experience leading QA activities or mentoring testers.
