Summary: The WMS Product Manager role involves leading the product roadmap for a Warehouse Management System within a major UK organization, focusing on continuous improvement in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the WMS product roadmap and backlog.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business value and operational impact.
  • Lead continuous improvement programmes, piloting enhancements before wider rollout.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements and define product priorities.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Drive operational efficiency through technology-led change.
  • Act as the key link between business and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing enterprise Warehouse Management Systems within a complex logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Experience as a Product Manager within WMS.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with RedPrairie/JDA Dispatcher (Blue Yonder) or Manhattan Associates is advantageous.

WMS Product Manager - £600 per day (Umbrella) - Inside IR35 9-Month Initial Contract - Predominantly Remote. We're looking for an experienced WMS Product Manager to join a major UK organisation on an exciting transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of warehouse operations by driving continuous improvement across a large-scale distribution network. Working closely with engineering teams and operational stakeholders, you'll own the Warehouse Management System product roadmap, prioritise enhancements, and deliver technology-led improvements that increase warehouse efficiency, optimise supply chain performance, and reduce operational costs.

About You

You will have proven experience managing enterprise Warehouse Management Systems within a complex logistics or supply chain environment, with a strong track record of delivering operational improvements and managing product roadmaps. You'll also bring:

  • Experience as a Product Manager within WMS.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with RedPrairie/JDA Dispatcher (Blue Yonder) would be highly advantageous, although candidates with experience of Manhattan Associates or other enterprise WMS platforms are also encouraged to apply.
