Summary: We are seeking a skilled WMS Manhattan Tester to enhance our QA team, focusing on testing Manhattan Associates' WMS implementations. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of warehouse processes and experience in test case management. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the validation of supply chain solutions. The position is remote and offers a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases for Manhattan WMS (Active, WMOS, SCALE, etc.)
  • Conduct integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Validate WMS configurations, workflows, and interfaces with ERP, TMS, OMS, and other systems
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ALM
  • Perform data validation, order flow, inventory, shipping, and picking scenario testing
  • Support UAT and go-live activities, including defect triage and resolution
  • Prepare test plans, traceability matrices, and test summary reports
