Windows 11 / Microsoft 365 Specialist - 100% remote PST

Summary: We are looking for a Windows 11 Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our IT operations team. The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining Windows 11 environments across end-user devices, along with managing system images. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows deployment and Microsoft 365 administration. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments
• Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to multiple devices
• Perform end-to-end device imaging, configuration, and testing
• Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ensure systems are compliant with security and performance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures as needed
• Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments

Key Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Proven experience creating and deploying Windows OS images (using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune)
• Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
