Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall Windchill PLM program planning, execution, and governance.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.
- Lead EBOM to MBOM transformation and BOM data loading.
- Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years in PLM program management.
- Proven expertise in PTC Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink).
- Strong understanding of configuration management and manufacturing BOMs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill integrations and PLM solutioning.
- Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
