Key Responsibilities:

- Lead EBOM to MBOM transformation and BOM data loading.
- Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting.

- Minimum 10+ years in PLM program management.
