Summary: The role of Product Specialist involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on enterprise systems, particularly in administering WebSphere Application Server and cloud systems like Azure, AWS, and Google. Key Responsibilities:
- Function as a SME on enterprise systems, particularly WebSphere Application Server and cloud administration.
- Perform system and software audits and assess business requirements.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and coordinate releases with stakeholders.
- Monitor application and system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
- Participate in defining corporate implementation and integration strategies for new technologies.
- Support and manage containerized applications in cloud environments.
- Work closely with development teams to design, deploy, and maintain applications.
Key Skills:
- 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems and cloud administration.
- Strong knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows operating systems, and system administration tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and cloud monitoring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Looking for candidate to function as a SME on enterprise systems, with advance skills in administering WebSphere Application Server, cloud system administration (including Azure, AWS, and Google) and containerized application platform on Linux / AIX. Experience support SaaS products in the cloud Adobe enterprise, MuleSoft Cloud Integration Deploy and manage containerized application in a cloud environment.
