Key Responsibilities:

- Edit basic web content using HTML, within a CMS.
- Ensure PDF files comply with ADA and WCAG 2.0 conformance standards and modify when needed.
- Feature-complete LADBS website, signed off by upper management.

Location:- Remote
Client is seeking to engage the services of one (1) Application
Transformation (Website Developer). The contractor will implement web
accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and improve website features based on user
feedback for the Department s website.
The contractor will also be responsible for creating new pages on the website as
required. This includes designing the layout, incorporating necessary content, and
ensuring consistency with the overall site design. Each new page must be user-
friendly and align with the website's objectives and branding guidelines.
In addition to creating new pages, the contractor will update and enhance the
graphic design of existing pages. This involves revising layouts, updating images,
and improving overall aesthetics to ensure a visually appealing and cohesive site.
All graphic design changes should reflect the latest trends and maintain the site's
professional appearance.
To maintain a seamless user experience, the contractor will ensure that all site
links work correctly and all site information is accurate. Regular checks and
updates will be conducted to maintain the integrity of the site's content. Any broken
links or incorrect information must be promptly identified and corrected.
Lastly, the contractor will optimize page layouts for responsiveness, ensuring they
display correctly across different browsers and devices. Additionally, the website
must load efficiently on various platforms. This includes testing and optimizing site
performance to guarantee accessibility and a smooth user experience for all
visitors.
