Resource Requirement : Webex Managed Service requirement with one resource located in the US, who can pass US CitVal certification ( on US Soil) to work on FedRAMP Moderate systems.
Scope: Operational Efficiency through Robust Automation Frameworks. Where the resources will focus on creating scalable, maintainable automation workflows that reduce manual intervention, ensure compliance with air-gap constraints, and support continuous delivery and integration processes within secure, isolated infrastructure.
For measurable deliverables:
- Number of alerts automated, and dashboard synchronization frequency.
- Number of automated deployment workflows created frequency of successful automated runs in air-gap environment, and reduction in manual interventions.
- Completion and approval of Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation, number of times SRE team can execute MOP in air-gap environment without manual interventions.
- Number of security checks automated, frequency of vulnerability reports generated, and compliance audit pass rates
