Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience with RPG programming.
- Strong understanding of IBM iSeries (AS/400).
- 2–3 years of experience working with DB2 and SQL Server databases.
- 2–3 years of experience applying software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, refactoring, and code reviews.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within estimated timelines.
