How we LEAD: We are looking for an experienced mid-level .NET Backend Developer to lead the design and delivery of a scalable backend for a new project. This role will play a critical part in shaping the backend architecture, setting development standards and delivering a high-quality, production-ready solution.Collaborating with product, frontend and infrastructure teams, the Web Developer will take ownership of backend systems from design through to deployment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable making architectural decisions and driving technical best practices.
