The role focuses on designing interactive user interfaces with an emphasis on animation and storytelling for high-profile clients. Candidates should have a strong background in digital design and be proficient in various design tools and motion design techniques. This position requires collaboration with UX designers and developers to create seamless web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design interactive user interfaces with a focus on animation, transitions, and storytelling.
- Create engaging micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and motion prototypes.
- Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and brand teams to deliver seamless web experiences.
- Present design solutions and interactive concepts clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality standards while working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers where needed.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in digital design or interaction design (agency or freelance).
- Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.
- Proficiency with motion design tools like After Effects, Protopie, Framer, or Lottie.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- Experience with no-code web design platforms (e.g., Webflow, EditorX) is a bonus.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals related to web design.
- Ability to run user testing and integrate feedback into the design cycle.
- Strong storytelling abilities through animation and interface design.
