warehouse team leader

We are currently working with a Global Leader of Renewable Energy. Who are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader, this role will be remote with occasional travel to various sites across the UK.

Duties:

• Virtual Stand-ups & Shift Handovers
• Performance Tracking
• Remote Coaching & HR

• WMS Monitoring
• Bottleneck Resolution
• Inventory Control & Quality Assurance

• Vendor & Carrier Management
• Cross-Department Collaboration
• Reporting

Must have experience using the following:

• SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite, or Blue Yonder.
• Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and digital whiteboards.
• Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel spreadsheets to track shipping trends and workforce efficiency.
