Summary: The role of Senior Web Designer involves working remotely to enhance web content and forms with a focus on accessibility and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for web and form services, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility.
- Publish and maintain documentation on standards, design best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with the communications team on web needs and site enhancements.
- Resolve issues related to Drupal sites and ensure compliance with DPI standards.
- Support customers in meeting accessibility requirements for forms and web content.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, or similar.

1. Knowledge of latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including the latest ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards.
2. Provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication, as part of the IT team.
3. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility.
4. Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines.
5. Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.
6. Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.
7. Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms
8. Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites.
