Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, manage, plan, and administer activities for a SAP migration/upgrade project.
- Manage complex and cross-functional components of the Project, from design and development through go-live/production.
- Coordinate and ensure readiness of system environments for upgrade iterations.
- Monitor progress to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage dependencies between Project components.
- Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation efforts.
- Comply with and enforce contractual commitments and company project methodologies.
- Communicate Project performance to Project sponsors.
- Contain and resolve issues within the Project that do not require sponsor attention.
- Serve as the point of contact for project stakeholders, including external vendors and agencies.
- Determine the impact of Project changes on the business case and re-forecast value creation.
