Looking or an Agile Transformation Lead to support the transition of their teams to a product-centric operating model. This individual will play a critical role in evolving delivery practices, enabling Product Owners, and driving Agile maturity across multiple Scrum teams. This is a hands-on role that combines Agile coaching, delivery oversight, and organizational change management, with a focus on improving planning, execution, and cross-team alignment in a fast-changing environment.

The applications in this space fall under Commercial Diversified, meaning they support non-Medicare/Medicaid lines of business, including more traditional and affiliate areas such as international, dental, and vision.

Must haves:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile environments, with a focus on delivery leadership, coaching, or transformation
