Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum practices including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Blocker Removal.
• Manage fast-paced implementation projects, focusing on delivery rather than Operations & Maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Admins, QA Teams, and Stakeholders.
• Track Sprint Metrics, Velocity, Risks, Dependencies, and Delivery Progress.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps Tools.
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure understanding of Salesforce Release Cycles, Configuration, Customization, Integrations, and Deployment Processes.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Ability to remove blockers and maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tracking Sprint Metrics and Delivery Progress.
• Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
