Description: We are looking for Project Manager

The Project Manager will support HR integration project planning activities by working closely with Ricardo to maintain and manage updates in Planisware. This role is responsible for keeping project plans current, tracking milestones and dependencies, and coordinating inputs from stakeholders, and helping ensure HR-related activities are accurately reflected for reporting and decision-making. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across teams, and able to support planning, status tracking, and follow-up actions in a fast-paced project environment.

Support Ricardo and the HR team with daily Planisware updates, maintenance, and data accuracy.

Update project schedules, milestones, dependencies, percent complete, and key checkpoints for HR integration workstreams.

Coordinate with project managers, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather status updates and confirm timelines.

Track action items, risks, issues, and blockers, and help document and escalate items requiring attention.

Prepare and maintain clear on demand status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers for HR-related project activities.

Align HR deliverables with broader program milestones, including country-specific or fiscal-year-driven timelines where applicable.

Ensure project information in Planisware reflects current priorities, assist with meeting coordination, stakeholder communications, and document agreed dependencies, and reporting requirements.

Support continuous improvement of project tracking processes, templates, and reporting practices
