Summary: The IT Project Manager will lead medium to high complexity projects within the Enterprise Infrastructure Services Project Management Office, focusing on IT Infrastructure areas such as Networks, Endpoints, and Cloud. Leads projects of medium to high complexity, and may also support to projects of high complexity, as part of a program team in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
Responsible to achieve project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance to client Clinic IT methodologies and practices. Solicits technological input from senior technical resources assigned to their project team(s), and facilitates technology problem-solving activities.
Manages projects with budget responsibility up to (USD)1 million, and may require matrix supervision of staff from other IT departments and divisions, and contractor/vendor resources. Contingent upon the project, may present project requests to institutional committees and oversight bodies to receive approval and project direction and input.
May support senior level project/program managers in strategic planning processes.
Makes judgments and takes reasonable and prudent actions to accomplish agreed upon project objectives under minimal direct supervision. Advises other IT staff regarding project management practices, methods and standards. Routinely demonstrates the Project Focused Culture within the Information Technology department. Manages multiple competing objectives, prioritizes, and communicates complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and end user personnel.
Assures strict adherence to budget management and guidelines of both the Information Technology department and the institution. May participate in the development and tracking of project budgets.
Performs additional job-related functions as detailed by immediate supervisor.

Education: Minimum Education and/or Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience managing projects of simple and moderate complexity involving Information Technology and/or Healthcare disciplines, which includes experience leading projects using PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas OR Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience managing projects of simple to moderate complexity involving Information Technology and/or Healthcare disciplines, which includes experience leading projects using PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas.

Schedule Notes:
Scope: Position will augment the Enterprise Infrastructure Services Project Management Office with assignments to both predictive and adaptive projects related to Networks, Endpoints, Data Center, Servers, Cloud, and Database Management. The IT Project Manager will work with engineers, architects, vendors, etc to manage hardware installs/refreshes/migrations, drive architectural design and capabilities development, perform RFP and vendor selection, perform data analysis, present and communicate dashboard information to leadership and project teams.
Requirements:
-Experience administrating or managing in one or more of the following IT Infrastructure areas: Networks, Endpoints, Data Center, Servers, Cloud, and Database Management.
-Experience working in a hospital setting with 24x7 patient care.
-Agile experience with scrum teams and kanban boards
-Perform data analysis using either spreadsheets or PowerBI
-Comfortable communicating project status and updates to leadership using dashboards, presentations, stand up meetings, etc.
-Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
-ProSCI cert would be a plus but not required.
