Summary: We are looking for a Senior IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (EDI) Developer to lead enterprise integration initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining EDI and API-based solutions. The candidate should have extensive experience with IBM Sterling technologies and EDI implementations, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of integration architecture. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement EDI integrations and B2B solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Lead day-to-day technical execution of EDI and API integration projects.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, integration best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end EDI implementation projects including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- 3+ years of experience leading integration or EDI development teams.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and integration patterns.
