Summary: We are looking for a PLM Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Aras Innovator to support the configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background and a functional understanding of PLM processes. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Massachusetts. The position is offered as a W2 or 1099 contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Aras Innovator to meet business requirements
- Design and manage data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes
- Work extensively on BOM management and change processes (ECR/ECO)
- Develop and enhance solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Integrate PLM systems with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CAD systems
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of overall PLM experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Aras Innovator
- Strong expertise in Aras configuration and customization
- Experience with data modeling, workflows, BOM, and change management (ECR/ECO)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Experience with system integrations (ERP/CAD)
