Summary: Value Technology is seeking a Voice Security & Contact Center Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of a voice security program that integrates Pindrop capabilities into the contact center ecosystem. The role emphasizes real-time voice streaming, media replication, and secure integration with existing telephony systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Pindrop integration across contact center platforms
- Design and implement media replication / call forking for real-time voice streaming
- Enable secure SIP-based integrations and ensure compatibility with existing telephony systems
- Scale infrastructure to support 100% inbound call volume with high availability
- Ensure low-latency, high-reliability voice data delivery to Pindrop services
- Partner with security teams to support fraud detection and voice authentication capabilities
- Troubleshoot and optimize RTP/SIP traffic flows and performance bottlenecks
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements post-implementation
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, SBCs, call routing)
- Hands-on experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, NICE)
- Experience with media streaming, call replication, or voice forking architectures
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, QoS, latency optimization)
