Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Pindrop integration across contact center platforms
  • Design and implement media replication / call forking for real-time voice streaming
  • Enable secure SIP-based integrations and ensure compatibility with existing telephony systems
  • Scale infrastructure to support 100% inbound call volume with high availability
  • Ensure low-latency, high-reliability voice data delivery to Pindrop services
  • Partner with security teams to support fraud detection and voice authentication capabilities

This role will focus on enabling real-time voice streaming, media replication, and secure, scalable integration with existing telephony infrastructure.
