Summary: Our Global Enterprise client is seeking VMware Specialists with expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to join their team. The role involves deploying VMware solutions and customizing customer VCF deployments to enhance functionality. Candidates should be prepared for VCF9 certification, with training provided if necessary. The position is remote with some travel required to customer sites in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy VMware solutions and develop customizations for customer VCF deployments.
- Maximize the use of VCF9 features, including upgrades.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and report issues and risks.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and influence outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Strong VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) skills and experience.

- Experience with VMware specializations such as vRealize Automation and vRealize Operations.
- Automation skills in PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with VRealize Network Insights, VMware SRM, or VMware HCX.

Our Global Enterprise client is looking for VMware Specialists to join their team, specialists with strong VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) skills and experience.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 120 days (initially)
Rate: Competitive
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Remote with some travel to customer sites (UK)
This role will see you join a team deploying VMware solutions and develop further customisations of customers VCF deployments to maximise the use of the VCF9 features including upgrades to VCF9.
*VCF 9 Certification - If you do not have this, training will be available and the client will pay for your exam*
Technical Skills:
- Ideally, you will be preparing for the VCF9 release certification - and ideally hold the VCP-VCF certification.
- VCF 9 Certification - If you do not have this, training will be available and the client will pay for your exam.
- VMware specialisations such as vRealize Automation (Aria Automation) and vRealize Operations (Aria Operations) skills.
- Automation skills including powershell, python and JavaScript will be beneficial in completing automation projects.
- VRealize Network insights - known as VRNI OR VMware SRM OR VMware HCX experience.
Soft Skills:
- A strong desire to help others by sharing knowledge, peer reviewing, and contributing to technical and process standards.
- Work well within a team, report issues and risks, take part in team meetings, share ideas and work towards improving our service.
- Excellent written & verbal communication with customers to understand and to influence.
