Key Responsibilities:
- Perform infrastructure upgrade tasks for vSphere 8
- Work with other infrastructure teams and application end-users to perform various infrastructure maintenance tasks
- Assess situations and perform proactive analytics for change to minimize issues before they evolve
- Perform various infrastructure expansion tasks as it relates to VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Dell
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Dell issues
Key Skills:
- Strong background in virtualization and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex network issues
- Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting VMware vSphere products
- Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UCS
- Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Dell hardware
- Managing & troubleshooting vSphere environment
- Work with hardware vendors for break-fix remediation
