Summary: The Visualfabriq Functional Lead is responsible for leading Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation initiatives for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. This role requires extensive expertise in TPM processes and the ability to align business objectives with technical execution. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding solution design, configuration, and deployment activities. Strong experience in CPG commercial operations and stakeholder management is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead TPM functional design workshops with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Demand Planning, and IT stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Visualfabriq solution designs and configurations.
  • Define future-state TPM processes, including promotion planning, budget management, claims and deductions, accruals and settlements, promotion execution, forecasting and analytics, approval workflows, and post-event analysis.
  • Provide guidance on TPM best practices and process optimization for CPG organizations.
  • Support business process harmonization and global template definition efforts.
  • Review and validate functional specifications, user stories, and configuration documentation.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to manage delivery scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support estimation, planning, and proposal activities for TPM initiatives.
  • Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership during testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Coordinate with client leadership and vendor teams to resolve escalations and delivery issues.
  • Support governance meetings and executive-level status reporting.

Position Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Visualfabriq Functional Lead to support and lead Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation initiatives for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. This role requires deep functional TPM process expertise to drive successful end-to-end implementations of the Visualfabriq platform.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams, leading solution design, configuration strategy, data alignment, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • This role requires strong experience in TPM processes, CPG commercial operations, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Leadership:
