Summary: We are seeking a skilled Verint Business Analyst / Configuration Analyst with strong experience in Verint platforms and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support implementation within customer engagement and workforce optimization systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into system configurations within the Verint platform
- Perform configuration, customization, and implementation of Verint solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business users
- Support system integration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user guides
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Verint systems (WFO, Call Recording, Workforce Management, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Configuration Analyst
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and workflows
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
