Vendor Performance & Governance Consultant (CTO Office)

The role

• Design and implement a vendor performance management framework across all strategic technology partners
• Define a standard KPI and metric set applied consistently across every vendor
• Build the processes to aggregate data from Jira, roadmap and delivery tooling, contractual reporting and finance into one performance view
• Establish the governance cadence and reporting structures for CxO level review, including scorecards, dashboards and QBRs
• Work with vendor management, procurement and delivery leads to align metrics with contractual SLAs
• Partner directly with vendor account leads to agree data provision and reporting standards
• Present findings and recommendations to the CTO Office and senior stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Proven track record designing vendor or supplier performance frameworks in large, complex enterprise environments
• Direct experience governing relationships with tier-1 SIs such as TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini or Wipro
• Strong data aggregation and reporting background across Jira, roadmap tooling and BI platforms
• Credible at CxO level, able to translate operational detail into executive insight
• Background in delivery governance, PMO, vendor management or IT strategy consulting
• Large-scale or regulated sector experience is an advantage

Contract details

• Outside IR35
• Start date: September 2026
• Remote first, with 1 to 2 days a week on site or a small number of trips per month
• Client site: West London
• Rate: competitive, dependent on experience
