Summary: The Value Engineering Lead is responsible for driving strategic deal support and business case development, focusing on high-impact enterprise opportunities. This role involves engaging with C-level stakeholders to align on business challenges and delivering executive-ready value narratives to facilitate deal progression. The position requires strong financial acumen and advanced problem-solving capabilities to translate complex business problems into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in enterprise technology environments and a proven track record in value engineering or management consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Deal Support & Business Case Development
- Lead bespoke ROI and business case engagements for priority enterprise opportunities
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize and align on high-impact deals
- Engage C-level stakeholders to align on business challenges, define value hypotheses, and gain buy-in
- Tie customer use cases/challenges to solution capabilities
- Translate complex business problems into structured financial and operational analyses
- Deliver executive-ready value narratives that support deal progression and closure
- Enable and coach Sales and Solution Consulting teams on value-based conversations
Key Skills:
- MBA preferred
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong/Advanced Excel skills
- Strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Executive presence to influence C-level decision-makers
- Experience in enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with digital transformation enablers (e.g., data platforms, content systems, analytics, workflow optimization, campaign/journey systems)
- 5 plus years in value engineering, enterprise B2B selling, management consulting, creative agency or a similar customer-facing strategic role
- Hands-on or theoretical experience with Adobe DX tools preferred
