Value Delivery Manager-DCF, NPV, ROI, and payback analyses

• Also must be IT-tech-savvy (same baseline: SaaS, cloud, software, ERP).
• Core skill set: Excel-based financial analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling needs to be a strong analyst, ideally consultant-caliber rather than a typical analyst.

Assignment Objective

• Provide short-term analytical support to accelerate development of investment-ready business cases for application rationalization, software consolidation, and technology transformation initiatives.

Focus Areas

• Partner with software and other technical IT teams to develop business cases
• Build DCF, NPV, ROI, and payback analyses
• Quantify investment requirements, savings opportunities, and value drivers
• Establish consistent business case methodologies across initiatives
• Support prioritization of software consolidation opportunities
• Assist with benefit tracking and value realization reporting
• Prepare financial analyses required for governance and funding approvals
