Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support primary research using mixed research methods such as interviews, surveys, and secondary research.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, compelling, and actionable deliverables for both internal and client audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to design research plans, guide interviews, and summarize key insights.
- Design surveys and analyze results, with experience using tools like Qualtrics.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite clients.
- Support publication of blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership grounded in primary research.
- Adapt messaging and presentation styles for a variety of audiences.
Key Skills:
- Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative research.
- Experience analyzing survey data using statistical methods.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create executive-ready deliverables.
- Solid proficiency in tools like R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.
- Extremely knowledgeable of UX designs and practices.

- Able to act as a research/user advocate from both the UX and design perspective.
