You'll work on the Customer Experience Team which is responsible for delivering best-in-class engagement strategies to improve customer relations, drive retention and create a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have experience with UX content and have worked in the manufacturing, energy, or industrial space. You'll translate user stories and make it readable for end users, as well as conduct customer research, journey mapping, and interpret data.
This role is fully remote but candidates MUST live in CT or ET time zones. This is a 12 month contract.
Required Skills & Experience
