This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will lead the digital translation of a major brand refresh. Working with Figma and collaborating with top-tier external agencies, you’ll be the creative force behind the redevelopment of a high-traffic flagship website that reaches millions of users globally.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design for a major website redevelopment project, ensuring a seamless and emotive user journey.
  • Collaborate with an external design agency to develop, embed, and scale a robust new Design System.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and UI components that balance aesthetic excellence with strict accessibility requirements.
  • Advocate for User-Centred Design (UCD) principles across the organization, working closely with Product Managers and Developers.
  • Translate complex historical archives and content into meaningful, interactive digital experiences that drive engagement.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on large-scale websites or complex digital products within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma for building advanced prototypes and managing shared design libraries.
