Summary: We are looking for a UX/UI Design Engineer with strong front-end development skills to aid in the transformation from Java-based systems to Oracle APEX. This role involves designing user-centric interfaces and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of design and development, contributing to both ongoing Java J2EE projects and the modernization initiative. This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be located in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive, responsive UI/UX solutions for enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
  • Build and enhance front-end components using modern web technologies
  • Support the migration from Java applications to Oracle APEX, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Work alongside backend developers on Java/J2EE applications to integrate UI components
