Summary: We are looking for a skilled UX/Product Designer Contractor to lead urgent UX and CX initiatives in a remote, data-driven environment. The role focuses on enhancing user interactions with data analytics products, ensuring that insights are user-friendly and aligned with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to translate complex requirements into effective design solutions. Immediate availability is required for this contract position, which is outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX and CX design process across analytics-focused products
- Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes and user flows
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs
- Design and optimise dashboards and reporting experiences using Power BI
- Ensure data visualisations are intuitive, accessible and aligned with user needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and validate design decisions
- Rapidly iterate designs in response to feedback and evolving priorities
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer within data analytics or BI environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard and reporting design
- Demonstrable expertise in wireframing, prototyping and interaction design
- Experience delivering end-to-end solution design across digital products
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement-gathering skills
- Ability to work at pace and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines

We are seeking an experienced UX/Product Design Contractor to support the delivery of a number of urgent UX and CX initiatives within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This role will play a key part in shaping how users interact with data analytics products, ensuring insights are intuitive, accessible and aligned to business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, data and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centred solutions.
