Project Overview

Our client is replacing its existing Intranet with Unily, a modern Employee Experience Platform. We are looking for an experienced UX Consultant to support the preparation and design of the new platform ahead of its implementation in January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the overall UX strategy for the new Intranet platform.
• Design intuitive page structures, navigation concepts and information architecture.
• Create practical UX design assets, particularly reusable page templates.
• Optimize the user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure a user-friendly and consistent platform design.
• Technical integrations (eg Microsoft 365 or Copilot) are not part of this role. The focus is exclusively on UX, information architecture and Front End design.
• Support the preparation of UX deliverables within a tight project timeline.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) Design and Information Architecture.
• Proven experience designing intranets, employee portals or digital workplace platforms.
• Experience with Unily is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in page layouts, navigation design and UX templates.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Ability to deliver practical design solutions independently and within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with Unily implementations or Employee Experience Platforms
