Required qualifications
- Omni channel experience across multiple channels (Agent experience, mobile, .com, customer care center. Ex. Retail has in-store, .com and mobile)
- Customer facing sales/eCommerce (AVOID Business to Business/B2B)
- Knowledge of Design thinking or Human Design thinking
- Must have experience leading UX workshops, presenting designs and recommending the best design (consultative)
- Works well in environments with ambiguity/lack of structure
- Some kind of formal UX education or completed courses (not just a graphic designer or web designer that moved into UX)
