Summary: The role of Intermediate UX Designer involves supporting the design and delivery of web-based and digital application experiences in a collaborative environment. The designer will work closely with lead designers and cross-functional teams to address design challenges and create user-centered solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead designers in delivering web-based and native digital applications
- Create and refine UX and visual design solutions for digital products and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deconstruct moderately complex problems into clear design requirements and solutions
- Assist in driving shared understanding of human-centered pain points and opportunities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finalized design assets
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to align design solutions with business goals and user needs
- Communicate design rationale effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design
- Experience creating and delivering web, native, and other digital applications
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to communicate design rationale and work effectively across multiple teams
