Summary: The UX Designer role is a 3-month contract position focused on collaborating with a public sector client during the discovery phase of a new project. The designer will be responsible for building prototypes and ensuring user interaction with the database aligns with the client's vision. This remote position may require occasional travel to America and is classified as outside IR35. The role offers a competitive daily rate between £300 and £350.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build prototypes and liaise closely with the client to bring their vision to life.
- Create user interaction designs for a database project.
- Work collaboratively with a public sector client during the discovery phase.
Key Skills:
- GDS Experience is a must.
- Navigation and architecture expertise.
- Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.
- Expert knowledge of design software like Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with CRM systems would be a bonus.

iO are working with an established and successful Digital agency in their search for an UX Designer
They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the pubic sector
This position is working with a public sector client on a new project that is currently in the discovery phase. In this role you will be you will be building prototypes and liaising closely with the client to bring their vision to life, this role will be pivotal in creating how users interact and use the database
We are looking for a Designer with experience in:
- GDS Experience is a must
- Navigation and architecture
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer etc.
- Expert knowledge of design software like Sketch/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience with CRM systems would be a bonus
