Key Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, concise, and user-focused content across product interfaces and journeys
- Write and refine product copy, including flows, labels, help content, and naming
- Apply systems thinking to content design, taxonomy, and information architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, research, marketing, and data teams
- Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mocks in Figma
- Review code and logic to ensure accurate and personalized content display
- Partner with localization teams to maintain quality across languages
- Provide and receive feedback within UX and design teams
- Help shape product narratives and influence UX strategy
- Proactively lead and contribute to projects that span multiple teams
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of UX writing experience (bonus if it’s across multiple platforms)
- A strong portfolio that shows how your words helped shape great design
- Comfortable working with design tools like Figma
- Able to explain complex things simply — and clearly
- Experience working with content systems and design systems
