Brilliant opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading publishing clients! They are currently looking for a skilled UX Designer to join their team for an initial three-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Build a rich understanding of customer needs and use cases.
2. Deliver UX design work in support of product delivery and growth.
3. Advocate for customers with the agile team and helps inspire the team to want to know more.
4. Use a design thinking mindset to discover customer needs and product design options.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Mastery of design thinking and user-centred design processes.
2. Work to understand the user needs, occasionally conducting research, and proactively using insights to drive design.
3. Contribute to developing strategy for the customer-facing product/application.
4. Involve customers in product innovation that delivers value to users and growth.
5. Demonstrate energy and vision to see through innovative ideas.
6. Take on board others' ideas and provides recognition for them.
7. Fluent in design software (eg, Figma).
8. Build good working relationships with tech teams.
9. Produce designs across all platforms.
