Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with business analysts, developers, testers, product owners, and compliance specialists to translate requirements into experience architectures
- Employs a range of human-centered, accessible design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions
- Optimizes experience architecture to promote findability and usability, while accommodating technical and business needs/constraints
- Reviews artifacts and deliverables from peers to ensure they accurately represent or improve upon the layout, design, and interaction patterns
Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Experience Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on complex digital experiences
- Strong skills in UX research, user flows, prototyping, visual design, and design systems
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Experience designing for financial services, enterprise systems, or regulated environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with multi-channel applications (banker-assisted, digital self-service, cloud-based) (preferred)
- Experience working with distributed or offshore design teams (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
