Summary: The role is for an experienced USU Developer specializing in ITSM and ITFM solutions, requiring proficiency in USU tools and various programming languages. Key Responsibilities:

• Further development of ITSM and ITFM solutions from USU
• Development according to SCRUM in two-week sprints
• Conducting stand-ups and sprint planning
• Clarifying PBIs with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Technical implementation of requirements with testing in the DEV environment and ensuring correct permissions, adhering to acceptance criteria

Key Skills:

• Mandatory knowledge of USU USM tool
• Proven experience in further development of USM, particularly ITSM and ITFM modules
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Jython
• Experience with BPMN 2.0
• Experience with relevant product modules (ITSM/ITAM/ITFM/Reporting/Webshop2/Customer Portal)
• Good knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
