Summary: The role is for an experienced USU Developer (Code BU) focused on the further development of ITSM and ITFM solutions for a client. The position involves working in a SCRUM environment with a significant emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and technical implementation. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements in Switzerland, and is expected to last over 8 months starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further development of USU's ITSM and ITFM solutions.
• Development according to SCRUM in 2-week sprints.
• Conduct stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Clarify PBIs with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement technical requirements with testing in the DEV environment while adhering to acceptance criteria.

Key Skills:

• Mandatory knowledge of the USU USM tool.
• Extensive experience in the further development of USM, particularly ITSM and ITFM modules.
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Jython.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0.
• Familiarity with product modules (ITSM/ITAM/ITFM/Reporting/Webshop2/Customer Portal).
• Good knowledge of ITIL is advantageous.
