User Researcher SFIA 5

Summary: The Lead User Researcher will be responsible for driving and coordinating user research efforts within the organization. This role involves a 4-month discovery phase followed by a long-term engagement through rolling 6-month Statements of Work (SOWs). The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to Telford required. BPSS clearance is necessary for this role.
