User Experience (UX) Designer

Description

We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Villanova, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in designing user-centric digital experiences. The role requires expertise in Figma, and familiarity with pharmaceutical and direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and testing to refine designs based on feedback and usability studies.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance overall digital presence.
Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies to deliver iterative design updates.
Perform A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and optimize user experience.
Work on projects related to pharmaceutical and DTC industries, ensuring compliance and innovation.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced designers when needed.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
Strong understanding of CSS and its integration into design workflows.
Familiarity with Android development and responsive design principles.
Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to inform design improvements.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in design projects.
Ability to create designs that enhance brand awareness and digital presence.
Prior experience working on projects within the pharmaceutical or DTC sectors is preferred.
